Secretary
Alex West
I'm a keen swimmer both in the pool and outdoor. I am for an open water swim wherever we are on holiday, as long as there is water!
I've completed numerous 3-5k siwm events but only one triathlon (a very long time ago!).

Joining TriSmooth could be the impetus I need to try another.

Champion of the beginner!
Sarah Williams
Sarah enjoys being involved in triathlon because she loves being outdoors, active and building friendships. She has competed in Sprint and Half Ironman triathlons but has more recently focused on fun, mass participation events, such as Castle to Coast and the Dart 10k Swim.

As a BTF qualified coach, Sarah believes that anyone can run, cycle and swim; it’s just a case of how well or how fast they do it. If you are new to the sport, then achieving you own PB may be more important than winning a big event.
As part of our coaching team, Sarah will help you be the best you can be with the time and resources available to you.

Bike lead
Lesley Keddy
My passion is cycling! I run as well, but due to arthritic knees I now only run/walk also known as “Jeffing”. I am a Breeze Ride Leader (this is a voluntary role organising rides for women) and I have done this for 11 years. I love motivating anyone to get on their bikes and improve themselves. I also belong to 2 local cycling clubs. My preferred ride distance is 25-30 miles but I do enjoy an endurance ride. I have also run the London Marathon twice and used to regularly be a Guide Runner for the visually impaired. I look forward to doing some rides with some of you.
