Run like the wind

Monday track sesh 12:30pm

Arrive at King William playing fields well warmed up for your 45 min coached interval session with Bo, your England Athletics Run coach. 


You will dive straight into the session to make the most of the time, so please make sure you have done an easy 10-15 min jog or cycle before hand. This is a challenging but exceptionally effective session to improve your pace and skills, pushed by other runners to perform at your best.

Friday run Club 09:30am

This one is a slightly different setup as its provided and run by Sunshine Multisport Ltd.


It's still an interval session, but with the occasional technique or hill session thrown in from time to time. Its at various different locations around Rickmansworth.


Sign up is again through the 'fit by wix' app and is paid on an 8-week course basis. As a member of Trismooth you get 10% discount on the advertised price of these sessions too.
