Leaving from Rickmansworth Aquadrome, you will be led by an experienced British Cycling GoRide cycle leader who will plan an approximately 2 hour ride (depending on weather and abilities) and and you on a non-drop social ride to get your weekly miles in the legs.
These are not intended for beginners or advanced riders, but those of you who can comfortably ride 20-40miles, perhaps with a little coffee and cake stop on the way!
This is not a club session, more a social interval session - anyone can come along and its not coached or covered by our insurance!
We meet at the bottom of the Climb in Rickmansworth and do a series of hill repeats, then have coffee!
Its a fabulously effective training session - for leg strength and power and overall fitness. It's tough but you won't regret coming along!
