Following the Swim Smooth methodology of coaching, this is a 75min swim squad on a Friday evening in Northwood for those who want a structured, coached and challenging swim session.
You can expect to receive some coaching tips but mostly an effective workout with like-minded individuals who love swimming. You will work hard, within your ability and this will be for all levels of swimmers (but you must be able to swim 1.5k freestyle)
You will need fins, pullbuoy and paddles to get the most out of these sessions Your goals can be fitness, racing, fun, technique or just camaraderie. Its the swimming that brings us together.
